Morning Tea Party

Mama, I received my birthday box from The English Tea Store yesterday evening and had an absolute fit. I LOVE MY PRESENTS!! You are too sweet to me, Mom.

This morning I christened my new beautiful tea pot with -of course- Earl Grey. I filled my honey pot and drizzled some on my finger, enjoying the new honey comb stick and the way the honey gleams off it in a golden stream. The other tea goodies -the jams, Devonshire cream, honey sticks, tea pot place card holders- all gems I can't wait to enjoy. I wish I could have poured you a cup and baked fresh scones for us this morning. Still, you were with me in my heart with each pour and each sip.
